Google Account: Deleted Data Recovery

1. On the left of your dashboard click on Users.

2.  You will see a list of all your protected users. Choose the name of the user, whose Google account must be restored, unfold it by clicking on +/- button and click on Google Mail under the user’s name.

 

3. By pressing the Version button, choose the backup version that corresponds to the restore point, to which you want to recover the account.

You can choose the required version by finding it in the list or choosing the required date in the calendar. When the version is chosen, press Ok. If the desired restore point corresponds to the last backup version, skip this step.

 

Please note: Spin saves the last 100 backup versions, which correspond to the last 100 days. If a message in your mailbox was backed up in a version earlier than 100 days ago, hence does not exist in the accessible 100 versions, you can find it in the Archive box.

 

4. Press Restore.

5. In a new window select the e-mail address of your domain user, you want to send the restored mailbox to. You can select only among those users, who are subscribed to Spin. Then press the Start restore button.

 

6. The system will notify you as soon as the restoration process is done. You can find the restored mailbox in the “Restored by SpinOne at…” folder.

 

7. When your Google Mail restoration process is complete, go back to Spin, press the big Google Mail icon and switch to the next application. Press the Google Drive icon.

 

8. In the Google Drive window follow the same steps as with Google Mail. Select the Version.

9. Press Restore.

 

10. Select the domain user e-mail. Press the checkbox to restore files’ shared users. Press Start restore.

 

11. The system will notify you as soon as the restoration process is done. You can find the restored Google Drive files and folders in the “Restored by Spin at…” folder

12. Go back to Spin. Press the big Google Drive icon and switch to the next application. Press the Google Calendar icon.

 

13. In Google Calendar window follow the same steps as with the previous applications. Select the Version.

 

14. Press Restore.

 

15. In a new window select the e-mail address of your domain user, you want to send the restored event(s) to. You can select only among those users, who are subscribed to Spin. Then press the Start restore button.

 

16. The system will notify you as soon as the restoration process is done. You can find the restored events in the “Restored by SpinOne at…” folder.

 

17. Go back to to your Spin account. Press the big Google Calendar icon and switch to the next application. Press the Google Contacts icon.

 

18. In Google Contacts window follow the same steps as with previous applications. Select the Version.

 

19. Press Restore.

 

20. In a new window select the e-mail address of your domain user, you want to send the restored contacts to. Press the Start restore button.

 

21. The system will notify you as soon as the restoration process is done. You can find the restored contacts in the “Restored by SpinOne at…” folder.

Congratulations. Your Google account is restored!
